Just a quick reminder that my next Online Vegan Nutrition Boot Camp starts this Tuesday, February 2nd and I hope you'll join me. 



Here are the details:

Every Tuesday in February at 8pm ET, I'll be teaching an in-depth, 50-minute live call on the principles of plant-based nutrition. And you can listen in live by computer or phone from anywhere in the world.

In the class, I'll address your top concerns about eating vegan foods. Namely, how to make sure you're getting enough nutrients (including protein, iron, calcium, B12, and more) and what you should be eating every day to have a well-balanced diet.

By the end of boot camp, you'll know exactly what to eat for good nutrition and you'll have the confidence to keep moving forward on your healthy vegan journey.

Here's what we'll cover:

  • Building Blocks of Plant-Based Nutrition

  • Plant Protein vs. Animal Protein

  • Iron, Calcium, B12, Vitamin D and Other Essential Nutrients

  • Acid and Alkaline Balance

  • Healthy and Unhealthy Fats and Oils

  • Healthy and Unhealthy Carbs

  • Why the Color of Your Food Matters

  • Reading Food Labels and Health Claims the Right Way

  • Creating Well-Balanced Meals

You'll also get:

  • Detailed PowerPoint slides for each class

  • An MP3 recording of each class

That amounts to three and a half solid hours of vegan nutrition information. 
That's more than the average medical student receives in her entire four yearsin medical school.

So when the course is over, you'll know more about nutrition than your doctor.
