A VIP Day can give you the jumpstart you need to begin transitioning to vegan foods to improve your health and your life. During the course of our day together, I’ll provide honest, expert, and compassionate guidance to help you clear away emotional blocks and social challenges, so you can recommit to your health and nutrition goals. You’ll leave with lasting breakthroughs, boosted confidence, and concrete strategies that will propel you forward long after our day has ended.

 

Here is what your VIP Day includes:

 

  • Our VIP Day will take place in the Washington, DC area, where I’m located. 

  • I'll have you stay as my guest in one of DC’s premier vegan-friendly hotels, where you’ll enjoy vegan pampering in the hotel spa with a vegan manicure, pedicure, and massage. 

  • We’ll enjoy DC’s best Gourmet Vegan Brunch at one of my favorite restaurants.

  • Then we’ll get down to business. We’ll review your Personal Nutrition and Health Assessment Questionnaire that I’ll email to you in advance to complete and return to me by email.

  • Based on our review, we’ll have a strategic nutrition counseling session where we identify your personal health and nutrition goals and I recommend concrete action steps to get you started.

  • The following week by email, you'll receive a customized 14-day Vegan Meal Plan, a customized Grocery Shopping List, and a customized Vegan Food Replacements Guide.

  • Our VIP Day is also your personal time with me to pick my brain, get all your vegan questions answered, and receive tips and strategies for challenges you may be facing as you begin your transition to vegan foods.

These follow-up calls are often invaluable in maintaining your success, and you can schedule them at any time.

Choose this option if you need quick, expert answers to specific questions or you need laser-focused guidance on a particular issue or concern. These consultations are done by phone. (Skype for international calls.)

3-Session Nutrition Counseling Package if You're Already Vegan and Your Diet Needs Fine-Tuning 

  

Choose this package if you’re already a vegan (eating only 100% plant-based foods) and need short-term guidance and support with evaluating your current diet, and making any recommended modifications, as needed. 

 

This package includes:

 

  • Completing a 3-Day Food Journal by email to keep track of everything you eat for 3 days. 

  • A plan of action based on the modifications or specific changes recommended, which could include adjusting meals and portion sizes or meal timing; making food substitutions, additions, or deletions; creating well-balanced meals; recipe ideas; and more.

  • Three 30-minute weekly phone counseling calls for guidance and support. (Skype for international calls.)

9-Session Vegan Counseling Package to Transition to Vegan Foods

 

Choose this package if you’re ready to make the transition to vegan foods and need ongoing guidance, accountability, and support with creating well-balanced meals, weekly meal planning, food substitutions, recipe ideas, cooking tips, grocery shopping, organizing your kitchen, handling social situations and emotional challenges, and more. 

 

This package includes:

 

  • Completing a detailed Nutrition and Health Assessment Questionnaire by email about your diet-related health concerns (if any); food likes, dislikes, and sensitivities; cooking skills; work and home lifestyles; and nutrition and health goals. 

  • Nine 30-minute weekly phone counseling calls. (Skype for international calls.) 

  • A customized 7-day vegan meal plan.

  • A customized grocery shopping list.

  • A customized vegan food replacements guide.

  • The Vegan Nutrition Boot Camp audio course on the principles of plant-based nutrition. 

  • Between scheduled calls, you get email and text guidance, as needed.

  • Our phone counseling calls will be custom-tailored to your needs and goals. Typical counseling calls have included:
